Little Brother Charitable Trust

At Little Brother Charitable Trust, we deeply appreciate the generosity of our donors and supporters. Donations made to the trust are used to support our charitable programs and beneficiaries.

Donations

All donations made through our website, bank transfer, UPI, or any other payment methods are considered voluntary contributions.

As a general policy, donations are non-refundable, since they are immediately allocated towards our charitable activities and operational costs.

Cancellation of Donations

Once a donation is completed, it cannot be cancelled, as the funds are utilized for ongoing and planned programs.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate transaction

  • Incorrect donation amount due to technical error

  • Unauthorized transaction

Donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof. The trust management will review the request and may process a refund at its sole discretion.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 working days

  • Any payment gateway charges may be deducted
